Well, we've got the first pix of our newest little addition – and yes – there's only 1! Doctor Johnson says the heartbeat sounds great and the neuro tube looks good (whatever that means!) The baby is measuring at 8 weeks, 5 days – meaning a due date of 9/30. The Estimated due Date based on the dates we gave the doctor is 10/03. Doctor Johnson said if this baby was anything like Braden (meaning gigantic!) that we wouldn't go to term again.
The cool thing this time is that the baby was up and moving (Braden wasn't). Super cute! It was almost like she was waving at us. Heartbeat was 178, which is fast, but doc says not to jump to conclusions yet – all heartbeats are fast at this age.
Anyway, all looks good and we go back March 26th for a follow up visit. Enjoy the couple of pix below.
